Warranty Terms
Outdoor Furniture
Synthetic Wicker Furniture:
10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Braid & Rope Furniture:
5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Teak Wood Furniture:
5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, subject to regular weatherproof coating using Remmers every 6–12 months, depending on the installation location.
Cushions
Outdoor Fabric:
All cushion fabrics come with a 5-year warranty against colour fading or shrinkage. Fabric covers must be hand-washed using lukewarm water and mild detergents only.
High-Density Foam:
No warranty is provided on foam. We recommend keeping cushions in shaded areas when not in use to protect them from rain and direct sunlight.
Glass Top
All glass tops are toughened and suitable for harsh weather conditions; however, no warranty is provided on glass tops. We recommend covering or removing the glass when not in use, as strong sunlight may damage the table surface. No warranty will apply to tables damaged due to glass tops.
Umbrellas
Our umbrellas come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. No warranty applies to damage caused by natural calamities, human error, or mishandling. We recommend keeping umbrellas closed when not in use.
Other Terms
Repairs required due to reasons other than manufacturing defects, such as mishandling, breakage, or damage to weaving, will be chargeable.
We hold no responsibility for damage occurring during unloading or shifting of material.
Cancellations & Returns
Order Cancellation
As all Aurum Home Solutions (Loom Crafts) products are handcrafted, order cancellations are not permitted once placed.
In exceptional cases, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
⚠️ Part-payment orders are non-refundable. Any advance paid will be forfeited as cancellation charges.
Returns & Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for products damaged during transit and not repairable at site.
Please contact Customer Care before initiating any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Notice Period
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not accept packages with visibly damaged or tampered packaging (excluding normal transit wear).
Refunds are applicable only if repair or replacement is not possible.
Return Conditions
Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.
Serial numbers on the product and packaging must be intact and untampered.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping
Reverse pickup is available in selected locations and is chargeable.
If self-shipping is required, use a trackable courier service.
Shipping reimbursement (if applicable) will be issued as a gift voucher, valid for 30 days.
Order Cancellation by Company
Your order may be cancelled if:
- The product fails internal quality checks
- Delivery is not serviceable at the given location
Damaged Packaging on Delivery
If packaging appears opened or damaged, do not accept the delivery.
Inform Customer Care immediately for a replacement or full refund, subject to availability.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 72 hours after the returned product reaches our Ghaziabad manufacturing unit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Missing Parts or Defects
In case of missing parts, accessories, or defects, notify Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.
A replacement will be arranged at the earliest.
Care & Assembly
- Wipe with a clean, damp cloth
- Use of chemical cleaners is not advised
- Changes in temperature can cause wood to dry out and crack, and joints to shift out of place
- We recommend placing wood furniture away from radiators and other heat sources
- Some assembly required (approximately 15 minutes)
