Order Cancellation
As all Aurum Home Solutions (Loom Crafts) products are handcrafted, order cancellations are not permitted once placed.
In exceptional cases, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
⚠️ Part-payment orders are non-refundable. Any advance paid will be forfeited as cancellation charges.
Returns & Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for products damaged during transit and not repairable at site.
Please contact Customer Care before initiating any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Notice Period
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not accept packages with visibly damaged or tampered packaging (excluding normal transit wear).
Refunds are applicable only if repair or replacement is not possible.
Return Conditions
Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.
Serial numbers on the product and packaging must be intact and untampered.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping
Reverse pickup is available in selected locations and is chargeable.
If self-shipping is required, use a trackable courier service.
Shipping reimbursement (if applicable) will be issued as a gift voucher, valid for 30 days.
Order Cancellation by Company
Your order may be cancelled if:
- The product fails internal quality checks
- Delivery is not serviceable at the given location
Damaged Packaging on Delivery
If packaging appears opened or damaged, do not accept the delivery.
Inform Customer Care immediately for a replacement or full refund, subject to availability.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 72 hours after the returned product reaches our Ghaziabad manufacturing unit.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Missing Parts or Defects
In case of missing parts, accessories, or defects, notify Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.
A replacement will be arranged at the earliest.
